CANCELLATION POLICY
For registered participants who find themselves unable to attend the Conference, it will be possible to replace the registered participant with another person at no additional cost;
- Cancellation after 45 days from the date of the event: it will be possible to receive a refund of the fee, minus administrative costs, quantified in euro 30.00; prior written notice (by e-mail to eventi@renbelgroup.it or PEC to renbelgroup@pec.it), cancellation to be sent at least 46 days before the start of the chosen meeting or course;
- Cancellation between 45 days and 30 days from the date of the event: it will be possible to receive a refund of the fee, minus administrative expenses, quantified in euro 40.00; prior written communication (by e-mail to eventi@renbelgroup.it or PEC to renbelgroup@pec.it), cancellation to be sent between 45 and 30 days before the start of the chosen Training Course;
- Cancellation within 30 days of the event: between 29 and 3 working days before the start of the course, you will not be entitled to a refund of the fee paid.
If notification is received after the aforementioned deadline – or if the participant fails to appear in the classroom – you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Any fees paid as an advance for discounted memberships will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, but may be recovered by way of reimbursement on the occasion of another course organised by the Organising Secretariat within 12 months of the event not attended.
PROGRAMME VARIATIONS
The Scientific or Organisational Secretariat reserve the right to cancel one or more scheduled courses, notifying participants by e-mail no later than 90 working days before the start date of the event:
- in the event of postponement, the participant who has already paid the fee will have the right to attend the next scheduled course;
- in the event of cancellation, the subscriber may request a refund of the entire fee paid.
The organiser also reserves the right to change the programme, the venue of the event and/or replace the speakers/ lecturers indicated with other speakers/ lecturers of the same professional level due to organisational requirements.
JURISDICTION
The Court of Jurisdiction for any action or dispute however inherent and consequent to the interpretation, execution and termination of this contract, will be that of Verona, Italy.
PARTICIPANTS
Participants are obliged to use equipment and materials with the utmost care and to respect safety regulations within the classrooms. Any damage to persons and/or property caused by participants is the full responsibility of the Client.
Failure to participate in the entire course programme does not entitle the participant either to the issue of the Certificate or to any refund, even partial, of the fee paid.
Expenses relating to any accommodation, hotel and accommodation facilities are not included in the registration fee. Each participant must make his or her own booking. The organisers will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings regarding bookings and/or hotel and catering services.
PRIVACY
Personal data (i.e. of individuals) will be processed, including electronically, by RENBEL GROUP MEETING & EVENTS of Renbel Travel srl. – data controller – Via Valpolicella, 1 37124 Verona (VR) to manage the request to participate in the training course of interest and instrumental activities. Without prejudice to the right to object, the data controller may send promotional e-mails and postal messages about its services. Furthermore, subject to consent, images and other data (e.g. statements) taken during the event will be processed to disseminate them to the public – on its own information material and/or website or at public events – to publicise and document its initiatives. Lastly, exclusively with prior consent, personal data may be communicated to third parties for their independent use for promotional purposes.
Personal data will be processed by those in charge of administration, course organisation and commercial service, information systems and data security. Pursuant to art. 7, legislative decree 196/2003, you may exercise the relevant rights, including consulting, modifying, deleting personal data or opposing their processing for legitimate reasons or promotional purposes by writing to the data controller at the following e-mail address: amministrazione@renbelgroup.it where a list of data processors and third parties to whom personal data may be communicated is available upon request.
